Mentorship
Guiding youth. Growing leaders.
The REACH Mentorship Program pairs each Youth Task Force member with an experienced professional mentor over a 16-month journey. Together, they engage in monthly conversations, goal-setting, and shared learning to support the youth’s leadership development, project implementation, and long-term engagement in the Sport for All movement.
This one-on-one support structure helps build real relationships, transfer valuable experience, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
As part of the REACH Project, this mentorship experience will also directly feed into the creation of the REACH Mentorship Charter (coming soon!!!).
WHAT MENTORSHIP OFFERS
Mentorship is a two-way journey built on trust, mutual respect, and shared learning. Through regular dialogue and reflection, both mentors and mentees grow as leaders and contributors to the Sport for All movement.
